Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Gabrielle used to struggle with a wet and cold basement, but thanks to Frank’s Basement Systems, that’s no longer the case! We were able to install FoamMax wall insulation, a perimeter of the WaterGuard drainage system, a SuperSump Plus, and a SaniDry Sedona. Now water and a cold basement are no longer an issue in Gabrielle's home!

Cover drains are out, and the WaterGuard drainage system is in! Water seepage along the edges of Youssef and Amina’s basement won’t be a concern for this couple anymore. Now, as water seeps in, it’s effectively captured and taken to the sump pump system, leaving this couple with a dry basement!

Water seepage began to ruin the wood panel on Chris’s basement wall. After removing a few sections with severe damage, he discovered that water was seeping in at the wall-floor joint. Frank’s Basement Systems installed the WaterGuard drainage system to effectively capture that moisture, leaving Chris’s basement drier than before!
