Down in this crawlspace in Appleton, NY, a section of the foundation wall was missing, with just a piece of wood covering it. Over time, that piece of wood began to deteriorate, so before the problem worsened, Chris had our team at Frank’s Basement Systems come out. We were able to build the missing section of the wall, so now the wall is fully complete and the space is fully enclosed. The next step is to have our crew come out and encapsulate the whole crawlspace!
When Robert M., from East Amherst, New York, noticed his wall bowing inwards, he called the foundation experts at Frank's Basement Systems for help. After discovering that Robert's wall was beyond repair, our crew went out and replaced his foundation wall to ensure the long term stability of his home.
Lucy A., from Holland, New York, noticed her floors beginning to sag in her log cabin, so she called the crawl space experts at Frank's Basement Systems to come inspect her crawl space. Our team installed a SmartJack support beam to stabilize her floors above and prevent any future sagging.
Mary, a homeowner in Gasport, NY, called Frank's when she noticed water seeping through various cracks in her basement wall. Our crew went out to Mary's home and sealed her wall crack with our Xypex flexible sealant and a panel of our patented BrightWall inorganic paneling system.
By utilizing Xypex Concrete treatment, this nasty crack was patched up by the Frank's Basement Systems team in no time!
