Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This Tonawanda home had numerous leaking cracks in its concrete foundation walls. The FlexiSpan repair process will permanently seal the crack and prevent water from ever coming through again.

The supports in this crawl space were starting to fail, causing unlevel floors and drywall cracking upstairs. A total of six SmartJack posts were used to replace existing rusted and failing posts. 

A new concrete wall was built using our StableLock system to replace this failing wall without tearing down and rebuilding the wall.

This foundation wall had large cracks due to outside pressure. StableLock is a permanent repair where a new wall is poured in front of the failing wall to support the house.
