Hello Frank's Basement Systems, I purposely waited until the spring because I wanted to evaluate the results of your repair on my basement at one of the worst times throughout the year (springtime). I originally met with Frank on my original consultation. Franks was cordial, knowledgeable and eager to listen to my water problem. After my attempt to potentially explain the root cause of the problem and voice my concerns, Frank had made his recommendations to remedy the problem and we decided to go forward with the project. When John arrived, he was extremely polite and proceeded to talk about the project in more depth and explained what he had planned on doing (for me communication is key). After our dialgoue, he had suggested an additional option to add an extra section of drainage through my basement wall into the exterior sections of my existing drain tile (to help alleviate water pressure along the outside wall). After his suggestion, he had called the office to confirm and develop his pricing for the additional work. Even though it was an additional cost I decided to go with it, I knew the price was more than fair (I got a pretty good deal). Well with it now spring and with all the rain and melted snow we've had, I'm happy to say that my basement is dry and my wife and I couldn't be happier (no more ringing out towels and emptying out shop vac's). I'd like to thank Frank's and expecially Frank Nati and John for a fantastic job. Both individuals acted professionally and truly cared about the project.
