I have known Frank from our neighborhood. I had you come out and install a sump pump, drain tiles and back up sump pump with bubbler system. Your staff was very professional and explained everything. They even cleaned the floor before they left. Frank's helped us move things in the basement when they installed they drain tiles. We referred Frank's to family and friends.

Frank is a great salesman along with Scott who was the head of the installation crew. They did a great job with my Basement Waterproofing.

Dear Mr. DiMaria, I would like to comment on the excellent work done recently at my mother's property by one of your employees. We needed to have the basement repaired again due to a ceiling leak. Eric arrived on time and ready to work. He evaluated the situation and proceeded to do the repair. He skillfully sealed the cracks, applied a liner followed by new BirghtWall paneling on the walls. He performed the repair and patiently answered all my questions. Although it took longer than he expected he worked  continually with only a short break. Most importantly, after several heavy rainstorms this fall, no water accumulated in the ceiling alcove. Elaine G.

I am writing in regard to the services that were performed on my property this week... First, I must say the appointment time was prompt, and fit right into my schedule, as I had been away for a wedding a few days prior. The crew of two, Shawn and Brian, were on time and fully prepared to do the complete job. I was told by many friends and family, to expect dust, noise and a complete disruption of my home. I was so pleased with this being completely opposite of what I was told.. The men were professional, introduced themselves, took time to explain in detail the service they were performing and happily answered my questions. The noise level wasn't as bad as I expected and they even offered me earplugs. The area that was worked on was separated by plastic to keep the dust contained, and they even covered the stairs and their boots. I was shown what was being done step by step, and I fully understand the workings of drain tile systems now. I wanted to let the company know that these employees went above and beyond what I expected, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.. I look forward to having a few more projects taken care of by Franks. It is because of these employees, Shawn and Brian, that I will recommend your company to other family members and friends.. Just wanted to say how nice and well cleaned up my front yard was when I had a bubbler system put in.  The grass is already growing back and it looks like no one even touched it.  Victor and his crew were all professional and Victor took the time to explain the system to myself and then again to my wife when they had finished.  I will be recommending Frank's to every one I know that needs any basement or water work done.  Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know we did not get a drop of water in the basement during Saturday's downpour. Sump was going off about every 5 minutes during the worst of it but everything worked as promised. Needless to say, I am extremely happy about that, and the fact that we had the work done when we did.
