I am writing today in regards to the project currrently underway at my residence. I wanted to express now, before the project is even completed, how happy I have been with every facet of this process. Mike Ciocca, who originally met with me to discuss my needs and generate a quote for services, has been a pleasure. He's been attentive to my needs, responsive to my questions and easily accessible at every point in the process. With regards to the work currently being performed, I am embarrassed to say that I was not able to recall everyone's name who is onsite, but the crew as a whole has been exemplary. Scott, the gentleman in charge, has been absolutely wonderful. He's taken the time to discuss and explain all aspects of the project with me and made sure I understand exactly how they were approaching each portion. The entire crew had been kind, considerate and very careful in all of the work they've done. The quality of the work they have put forth appears second to none in my opinion. I could not be happier at this point. Everyone involved has my highest praise. I've talked to several people in your office including Chris. The customer service level from him and everyone who has contacted me has been phenomenal. I wanted to reach out to your company at this point and express my satisfaction. You installed IBeams for structural support on my basement walls. I hired you because the work you did for us was specialized and we couldn't find any other company to take care of us. Everything was done in one day - that was great! Your staff was very helpful and courteous.

I was thrilled with the crew, they have been outstanding and they pay attention to detail. When Lou dropped off teh equipment and I thought there was going to be a mess because there was snow on the ground, but he shoveled and cleaned the area and would never know the was equipment dropped off.
